You’ve always been the strong one.
The reliable one. The one others lean on.
But lately, you’ve been wondering…
who supports you?
Maybe you’re a therapist, caregiver, first responder, or helping professional who’s burning out from holding it all together. Or maybe you’re a deeply feeling, neurodivergent, or highly sensitive adult who’s constantly managing the needs of others while your own anxiety, trauma, or perfectionism quietly builds in the background.

Or maybe you're part of Gen Z—navigating self-exploration, identity, and what it means to live authentically in a world full of pressure, expectations, and noise. You may feel stuck between who you’ve been told to be and who you’re becoming—craving clarity, confidence, and connection.

You want to feel grounded again. Present. At peace in your own mind and body. But it’s hard to slow down when you’ve learned to survive by staying alert, staying productive, or staying small.

I specialize in working with emotionally sensitive, neurodivergent, and trauma-impacted adults—including helping professionals, caregivers, and Gen Z clients navigating big life questions. My style is warm, relational, and grounding. I’ll meet you where you are and help you develop emotional regulation, self-trust, and boundaries that support your healing—not just your role.
Together, we’ll make space for you—your feelings, your voice, your identity. Whether you're processing burnout, trauma, people-pleasing, or the growing pains of becoming more yourself, you don’t have to do it alone.

I offer virtual therapy for adults across Massachusetts and South Carolina. Reach out for a free consultation if you’re ready to feel more like yourself again—or maybe meet that version of you for the first time.
