Therapy from the Privacy of Your Own Home

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, CBT Wellness Center's virtual therapy services aim to introduce clarity, self-motivation, and mindfulness by incorporating a holistic mind + body, cognitive behavioral approach. As a licensed mental health counselor, Lindsey Fox has been successfully providing services to clients, and facilitating self-healing services since 2018.


CBT Wellness Center embraces a highly engaged and collaborative approach with clients. All therapy services utilize the cognitive behavioral model because research shows this approach can quickly help you identify and cope with specific challenges. Through cognitive behavioral therapy, you will learn CBT-informed techniques and distress tolerance skills to better manage the stress that comes with everyday life transitions, including but not limited to how to navigate life transitions both personally and professionally.

What are your fees?

New Client Intake: $185*

- This 1-hour intake session is designed for Lindsey Fox, LMHC and client to collaborate on identifying the client's strengths, hopes, needs, and overall goodness of fit for services. Couples and families should expect to book individual new client intakes prior to meeting as a couple in an effort to determine goodness of fit for couples and/or family therapy.

*Required Intake Process

Individual Therapy Session: $165*

- We will dedicate 50 minutes toward solution-focused coaching to meeting optimal treatment outcomes for goals identified during your New Client Intake Session.

Couples or Family Therapy Session: $245

- We will dedicate 50 minutes toward open communication, information-sharing, and psychoeducation that fosters emotion-focused coping and solution focused problem solving toward a set of agreed upon goals that are established as a team. Sessions are designed for 2 people to be present at once.

*Sliding scales are available for Individual Sessions to eliminate financial barriers that may hinder the ability to receive support and achieve optimal outcomes.

What is therapy?

Therapy is based on a healthcare perspective in which a clinical diagnosis is assigned utilizing the APA-approved Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. The focus of therapy is to reduce signs and symptoms of an assigned diagnosis in an effort to improve impairments in daily functioning.

What are your credentials?

I have a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology with a specialty in cognitive-behavioral therapy and more than 6000 post-degree contact hours of providing trauma-informed therapeutic interventions with clients. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving residents of Massachusetts.

Yes, Aetna and United for Massachusetts-residents only
